Introduction:Street family rehabilitation is a major problem in Nairobi County as the numbers keep rising despite efforts. The current study was to assess factors affecting effectiveness of street families’ programs City Kenya. Attachment theory employed study. Methodology:The concurrent triangulation design employed. A sample 135 respondents selected through simple random sampling and data collected questionnaires. Descriptive statistics used analyse presented tables. Findings:The revealed that poverty (28.2%) greatest demographic factor programs. Results also main resource available for rehabilitating families personnel (36.4%) funding (13.6%) were needed availability (52.7%)negatively affected rehabilitation.
